I first met Suzanne when I rented a property from her when my new home was under construction. Suzanne was very approachable, attentive and thorough in relation to my needs as a tenant.

After this experience, when I needed a property manager for my property at Magill, Suzanne was the first and only person I called.

We had an excellent relationship with Suzanne. She screened tenants like the property was her own. We had excellent tenants, never once missing a rent payment. The property was always looked after and never suffered any damage. It was always left clean and tidy and I received regular updates.

I came across Suzanne back in 2009 when our current managers had mismanaged our property – it was unfortunate that her first weeks with our property were tied up with tribunal hearings but she navigated the issues for us and was a huge support to my husband and I.

Since then Suzanne has been impeccably diligent, always on top of any issues and will seek solutions that are in both the tenants and owners best interests.
Whilst there have been a few issues along the way (unrelated to Suzanne) she has been on top of it always so we’ve never had to worry.
